Senior Manager - UX UI Design

📋 Description

• As a Senior Manager of UX/UI Design, you will lead a dynamic team in crafting user-centered design strategies that enhance customer experiences across all digital touchpoints.

• This role demands a visionary leader who can blend the art of design with the science of usability to deliver seamless shopping experiences.

• You will be accountable for managing multiple sections of work, driving the UX/UI vision, and ensuring that design solutions meet both user needs and business goals.

• Craft and articulate a clear vision for the UX/UI design direction that aligns with the company's strategic goals, focusing on innovative e-commerce solutions.

• Develop and maintain a design roadmap that outlines key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader product development timelines and business objectives.

• Lead UX/UI design projects from concept through to launch, ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of usability, aesthetics, and functionality.

• Champion a user-centered design approach, incorporating user research, personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing into the design process.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record in e-commerce.

• 3+ years of management experience, leading design teams.

• Advanced proficiency in a wide range of design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.

• Experience with tools and platforms for conducting user research, usability testing, and analytics such as UsabilityHub, Lookback.io, Hotjar, Google Analytics, or similar.

• Extensive experience in leading projects through a user-centered design process, including user research, persona creation, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and iterative design.
