Senior Product Designer, Credit Building

📋 Description

• Develop user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design solutions

• Advocate for user-centered design practices to deliver high-quality user-friendly products

• Lead the team in rapid prototyping and testing to generate new high-quality concepts and assess their impact, transforming them into long-term design solutions within the Super.com ecosystem

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify key initiatives, establish success metrics, and create end-to-end experiences that address customer needs and business objectives

• Utilize research, data analytics, competitive analyses, and customer insights to shape the product roadmap and make informed decisions

• Facilitate consensus among stakeholders and guide them towards efficient decision-making processes

• Enhance design quality standards at Super.com by collaborating with Product Design, Product, and Engineering teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Product Design experience collaborating with product and engineering teams

• Strong portfolio showcasing critical thinking, data-driven decisions, and impactful project leadership

• Proficient in ideation, rapid prototyping, and stakeholder management with excellent communication skills

• Experience in designing consumer products in dynamic environments with rapid iteration cycles

• Ability to drive design decisions using user research and quantitative data

• Skilled in conducting usability tests and translating results into actionable insights

• Proficiency in Figma, interactive prototyping, design libraries, and standard collaboration tools
