• Enhance Luna’s mobile and internal Web application design systems to ensure consistent, accessible, and intuitive UX.
• Conduct user research through interviews and usability testing to guide feature planning and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define user needs, establish feature requirements, and create designs for Luna’s mobile and internal Web applications.
• Work closely with Engineering to ensure smooth handoff of designs and efficient implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in B2C mobile app design / UX, with expertise in iOS and Android platforms.
• Experience managing a design system and proficient in design tools like Figma.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
