• Understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations through observation techniques, task analysis, and other feedback methodologies.
• Implementing and executing designs for digital products that enable experimentation and achieve our clients' goals.
• Creating Lo-Hi prototypes to validate with product managers and/or clients, as well as final designs for delivery and explanation to the development team for construction.
• Participating in various dynamics and meetings, presenting and defending briefs, prototypes, or designs to internal and/or external stakeholders.
• Collaborating with product managers and development teams in all stages of product: user research, product definition, prototyping, visual design.
• Maintaining and creating design systems (Design System).
• Prioritizing and managing design tasks, self-management, and responsibility in deliveries.
• Participating in technical tests and technical interviews as part of the selection process.
• At least 4 years of experience as a digital product designer.
• Knowledge in User Research: user tests, interviews, heatmaps, screen recordings, heuristic evaluations, etc.
• Experience designing products for web and apps.
• Proficiency in all stages of design and research: user research, product definition, prototyping, visual design, etc.
• Fundamental knowledge and proficiency in creating Design Systems.
• Proficiency and speed in creating Lo-Fi & Hi-Fi prototypes.
• Expertise in Figma.
• Strong visual skills, passion for detail, and care for aesthetics.
• Self-taught individual.
• Expert in speaking, arguing, and presenting to clients.
• Deep knowledge of product design methodologies.
• Experience working with agile development teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage design tasks.

• Experience with Framer (desirable).
