• As the Senior Product Designer, you will be at the forefront of pushing boundaries with cutting-edge design trends, ensuring our interfaces are visually engaging and highly functional.
• You will have a pivotal role in delivering exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• We are seeking a dynamic design leader who excels in ambiguity, shapes product strategy through research, and fosters collaboration.
• Take ownership of End-to-End Product Design: Lead the entire UX/UI process for both consumer-facing and internal products - from discovery to delivery - while evolving our design approach.
• Advocate for UX Research: Engage in user and stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and iterative design validation to derive actionable insights.
• Foster Innovation: Dive into new design concepts, AI tools, motion design, and interaction models to enhance the overall product experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile products, including at least 2 years in a senior or leadership position.
• Showcase a portfolio illustrating end-to-end design thinking, UX research, innovation, and visual excellence.
• Extensive experience in developing and enhancing design systems.
• Proficiency in Figma, usability testing tools, and modern AI-driven design software.
• Strong background in qualitative and quantitative user research, usability testing, and methodologies like JTBD.
• Exceptional skills in motion design, transitions, and micro-interactions that improve usability.
• Effective presenter, facilitator, and influencer; able to communicate clearly and lead discussions confidently.
• Self-motivated individual with a proactive mindset and comfort in navigating ambiguity.
