• Fetch is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead snap education and processing for physical receipts, ensuring seamless, accurate, and scalable receipt processing.
• This role focuses on enhancing user education, optimizing receipt submission quality, and improving data extraction to drive efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
• You will collaborate with engineering, data science, design, marketing, and support teams to develop AI/ML-driven solutions that enhance receipt ingestion, data extraction, and offer matching.
• Your work will directly impact processing accuracy, system scalability, user engagement, and operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements
• Experienced product leader with a track record of designing innovative products and experiences, launching software quickly with high quality, measuring results and achieving business outcomes
• Experienced technical leader, having led complex software projects, (experience with ML is a bonus!), that pertain to shopper loyalty programs, product catalogs and merchandising, ecommerce basket building, or affiliate programs.
• Hypothesis and data-driven to inform priorities and decision making, conceive experiments, measure outcomes and improve understanding around consumer focused experiences
• An effective communicator and collaborator including with engineering, Design/UX, analytics, operational departments and external partners where necessary
• Able to thrive in uncertainty and comfortable with a high degree of ownership and bias for action; you’re a driver rather than a passenger
• Takes charge and steers the ship by defining your vision, not simply executing previously set priorities
