Senior Product UX Designer - B2B SaaS

📋 Description

• Translate strategic objectives and regulatory guidance into product requirements and user experiences

• Lead the complete development process of impactful solutions

• Establish and communicate a coherent product vision in alignment with business objectives

• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and designers to ensure timely delivery

• Create and thoroughly document wireframes, workflows, and prototypes

• Gather and analyze feedback from customers and internal teams

• Effectively communicate progress, challenges, and insights

• Minimum of 5 years experience in product management, UX Design, or related roles

• Proficient in UX design skills, including wireframing, prototyping, and user testing

• Experience in complex domains, data-heavy apps, or enterprise software

• Demonstrated success in delivering digital products

• Excellent English communication skills

• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Figma)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to regulatory matters
