• Taking ownership of the 0-1 product design process, including research, solution design, data-driven iteration, and close collaboration with product and engineering teams to deliver top-notch products.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster design thinking and innovation.
• Leading design solutions tailored for law enforcement, first responders, and 911 dispatchers.
• Designing across various devices such as desktops, tablets, and mobile apps in diverse settings.
• Actively engaging with the design team, product teams, and engineering for feedback, roadmap planning, and sprint meetings to drive project progress.
• Presenting design solutions to customers and leadership teams, seeking feedback, and iterating swiftly.
• Demonstrating a strong focus on product quality, proficiency in Figma, and contributing to design systems and pattern libraries.
• Driving AI/ML integration across the product portfolio.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional product design experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in designing complex enterprise SaaS products.
• Proficiency in leading qualitative and quantitative research.
• Experience with end-to-end design processes and product shipment.
