• Seeking a Senior Product/UX Designer to join a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company, AllocNow, with a focus on sustainability and based in remote (Germany).
• Lead the end-to-end development of impactful and user-friendly solutions, taking ownership of the product lifecycle.
• Translate strategic objectives and regulatory guidance into clear product requirements and user experiences.
• Wear multiple hats as a UX Designer and Product Owner, collaborating with customers, development teams, and sustainability experts.
• Drive the development of a product line from inception to success, using agile methodologies to align product strategy with business goals and stakeholder feedback.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, UX Design, or related roles.
• Proficiency in UX design skills, including wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
• Experience in working with complex domains, data-heavy apps, or enterprise software.
• Demonstrated success in delivering digital products.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a deep understanding of agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a readiness to engage with regulatory frameworks.
