• We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Product/UX Designer who excels in a dynamic setting and can spearhead the complete development of impactful, user-centric solutions
• Your role will involve translating strategic goals and regulatory directives into precise product specifications and user experiences, as well as guiding software development endeavors
• Wear multiple hats as a UX Designer and Product Owner
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders spanning customers, development teams, and sustainability specialists to enhance one of our digital products
• Lead the inception of a product line from the ground up and oversee the product lifecycle to ensure customer and commercial triumph
• This position demands proactive individuals, blending forward-looking product strategy with hands-on UX expertise
• Responsibilities:
• Define and communicate a coherent product vision that aligns with business objectives and user requirements
• Transform strategic priorities into user-focused product specifications and stories
• Prioritize features and requirements based on impact, feasibility, and user value
• Conduct workshops to align with customers and users on a B2B SaaS application
• Develop and thoroughly document wireframes, workflows, and prototypes for collaboration with the development team
• Work closely with developers, QA, and designers to ensure prompt, high-quality delivery
• Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams
• Effectively communicate progress, challenges, and insights
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, UX Design, or related fields
• Proficient in UX design, encompassing wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
• Experience in intricate domains, data-heavy applications, or enterprise software
• Demonstrated track record of delivering successful digital products
• Excellent English communication skills
• Thorough understanding of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a readiness to delve into regulatory matters
