Senior UI Artist

📋 Description

• Responsible for maintaining the artistic direction and visual quality in alignment with the project's universe and vision.

• Create high-quality UI art that is technically optimized and aesthetically consistent with the game's visual style.

• Develop static and dynamic user interfaces that effectively communicate information and actions, providing an engaging and intuitive user experience.

• Transform wireframes into polished assets that meet technical requirements and deadlines.

• Establish and update detailed documentation outlining the UI's visual language, including color theory, typography, iconography, visual hierarchy, and motion design.

• Support bug fixing, contribute to R&D documentation, and participate in design and art reviews.

• Provide constructive feedback to enhance the visual quality of UI elements.

• Engage in knowledge sharing and collaborate closely with various teams and stakeholders to refine the visual direction of UI content.

• Develop and maintain project-specific style guides and asset libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.

• Participate in R&D initiatives to explore and integrate new techniques into workflows.

• Assist with recruitment efforts and onboarding of new team members when needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have a strong portfolio showcasing UI expertise.

• Experience shipping at least one AAA title.

• Solid understanding of foundational art and design principles.

• Deep knowledge of UI/UX principles and accessibility best practices.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and industry-standard software packages.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, collaborative, and problem-solving skills across departments.

• Nice to have: Previous experience with Maya and Lua scripting.
