• Seeking a talented Mid to Senior-Level UI Designer to join our team; please submit your portfolio and resume for consideration of future opportunities

• Report directly to the Senior Creative Director and influence the visual appeal, functionality, and user experience of websites and digital products

• Engage in a dynamic environment working on diverse projects ranging from expansive platforms to impactful campaign sites for mission-oriented organizations and renowned brands

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop sleek and user-friendly interfaces

• Transform ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and refined UI designs

• Present concepts to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement

• Contribute to and adhere to design systems, balancing innovation with consistency

• Keep abreast of design trends and tools, partnering with developers to ensure precise implementation

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess at least 5 years of professional UI design experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency or consultancy setting

• Proficiency in Figma

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles

• Meticulous attention to detail in layout, typography, and color schemes

• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Experience with motion graphics and Webflow is a definite advantage

• Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage your own workflow effectively

• Comfortable working within a design system and capable of evolving it when necessary
