📋 Description

• Create engaging digital experiences that users love - websites, services, apps, or B2B/B2C applications

• Lead projects from start to finish:

• Design intuitive, appealing interfaces that reflect brand identity

• Strong conceptual skills and independent execution of UX tasks

• Evolve or establish design systems

• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and technical feasibility

• Provide advisory support and present ideas effectively

• Support junior colleagues and contribute to team processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in UI/UX design

• Keen eye for designing user interfaces that not only look good but also function well

• Ability to work independently and think conceptually

• Proficiency in Figma - Components, Variants, Auto Layout, Styles, and Libraries

• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG, contrast, keyboard operability)

• Fluent in German

• Ability to explain design decisions with expertise and sell ideas convincingly
