🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.

• Strong knowledge of design systems and atomic design principles.

• Experience in UX research, information architecture, and user-centered design.

• Ability to conduct usability testing and apply design thinking methodologies.

• Experience collaborating with development and product teams in agile environments.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (not mandatory but preferred).

• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts effectively.

• Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher) to collaborate with international teams.
