Senior UI/UX Designer

📋 Description

• Lead and execute the UI/UX strategy for Minty’s product experience.

• Generate wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and refined UI designs.

• Establish and uphold Minty’s design system for uniformity across the platform.

• Craft user-friendly UI components and adaptive layouts.

• Conduct testing and refinement on UI elements to enhance usability and performance.

• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure seamless design implementation.

• Utilize user feedback and research findings to guide design decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in UI/UX or product design.

• Impressive portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design projects.

• Proficient in tools like Figma and Miro.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS/SCSS, and platform standards for iOS and Android.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, particularly with technical teams.

• Familiarity with current UI/UX trends and accessibility principles.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

• Bonus: Prior experience with ecommerce or consumer-facing digital products.
