β’ Take charge of end-to-end UX and UI responsibilities for Dexter Mobile, overseeing the entire process from initial concept to feature delivery.
β’ Revamp and streamline essential nursing workflows like documentation, shift planning, and handovers.
β’ Develop flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs using Figma for both iOS and Android platforms.
β’ Establish and manage a lightweight design system to ensure consistent and efficient development.
β’ Collaborate closely with founders and engineers on a daily basis to facilitate rapid feature releases through short iteration cycles.
β’ Utilize user feedback and analytics tools such as Mixpanel, UXCam, or Smartlook to identify UX issues and enhance the product.
β’ Conduct straightforward user tests to validate concepts pre and post launch.
β’ Clearly document design decisions to provide the team with a thorough understanding of the rationale behind them.
β’ Optional: Provide basic marketing visuals support when necessary, without detracting from the primary focus on product development.
β’ Optional: Contribute to initial web UI/UX and Webflow projects if experienced in these areas.
β’ Minimum of 3β5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer for digital products.
β’ Portfolio showcasing 2β3 case studies demonstrating problem-solving, design process, and successful outcomes.
β’ Proficiency in designing mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms.
β’ Advanced skills in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and basic design systems.
β’ Strong grasp of UX fundamentals like flows, information architecture, interaction patterns, and visual hierarchy.
β’ Experience collaborating closely with engineers; familiarity with Flutter/Dart used by our mobile team.
β’ Comfortable conducting simple user tests and adapting designs based on feedback.
β’ Effective English communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
