• Assist in designing intricate user experiences for mobile apps, web platforms, and telehealth interfaces
• Oversee the entire design process for mobile-first healthcare applications and web platforms
• Develop user-centric design solutions that align with business goals, user requirements, and regulatory standards
• Establish and manage comprehensive design systems and component libraries
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth and culture of the design team
• Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions
• Design complex user flows including onboarding, assessment tools, treatment planning, and ongoing care management
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web platforms
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers for effective implementation
• Design native mobile experiences for iOS and Android with a focus on responsive design
• Ensure UI optimization for accessibility compliance following WCAG 2.1 AA standards
• Utilize AI-driven design tools to quickly prototype new ideas
• Stay updated on design trends, healthcare UX best practices, and AI-supported methodologies
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a specialization in mobile applications
• Demonstrated success in designing consumer-facing mobile apps, preferably within a startup or innovative company
• Proficiency in Figma for design systems, prototyping, and team collaboration at an expert level
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile-first design approach and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design methodologies
• Knowledge of iOS and Android design guidelines and platform conventions
• Understanding of front-end development principles and design-to-development handoff processes
• Experience in user research methods and usability testing practices
• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field is preferred
• Experience in designing visually appealing and user-oriented mobile and web applications is a plus
• Background in designing for behavior change and user engagement in health contexts is preferred
• Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven design iteration is preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and integration challenges is preferred
• Previous experience in startup or high-growth tech environments is preferred
