• Develop top-tier product designs that meet or exceed industry standards.
• Craft and enhance seamless user experiences, journey maps, and wireframes based on user insights.
• Take charge of visual and interaction design from concept to final hand-off to the development team.
• Collaborate closely with the local Product Manager and developers, and asynchronously with global product management and engineering teams.
• Translate user research and insights into actionable design specifications.
• Modernize a large legacy UI incrementally, balancing immediate improvements with a long-term vision.
• Conduct UX research, usability testing, and integrate findings into design choices.
• Engage in co-design practices, collaborating directly with users, product teams, and engineers to develop practical solutions.
• Create multiple smaller, iterative design specifications to support ongoing enhancements within the existing UI framework.
• Minimum of 4 years of UX design experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or enterprise product setting.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead end-to-end design projects.
• Proficiency in UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Strong skills in creating wireframes, user flows, experience maps, and high-fidelity designs.
• Experience in conducting and applying user research and usability testing insights.
• Exceptional asynchronous communication skills for effective collaboration in global, remote-first teams.
• Experience with analytics, digital marketing, or data-centric SaaS products.
• Knowledge of the digital analytics industry and privacy-first design principles (e.g., GDPR).
• Successful track record in incrementally redesigning large-scale or legacy enterprise products.
• Previous experience in fully remote work within global, distributed teams.
• Experience with co-design processes, facilitating collaboration sessions with cross-functional teams and users.
• Proficiency in German language.
