Senior UI/UX/Product Designer

📋 Description

• Rapidly deliver top-notch UI/UX solutions from inception to refined designs.

• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, dashboards, and high-fidelity mockups for intricate digital systems.

• Craft adaptable, scalable interfaces that cater to business and user requirements.

• Contribute to and uphold design systems for consistency across projects.

• Engage with global stakeholders, product managers, developers, and analysts.

• Clearly communicate design choices to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Maintain a proactive, organized approach to workload and deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product/UI/UX design with a strong product portfolio.

• Expertise in Figma and related features like components, libraries, and interactive prototyping.

• Proven track record in building and scaling design systems and UI component libraries.

• Demonstrated expertise in data visualization, dashboards, and complex UI design.

• Strong grasp of UX principles, including information architecture and responsive design.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Self-organized, proactive, and able to maintain high-quality work standards.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Availability during Sunday–Thursday, 10:00–19:00 (UA time).

• Nice-to-have: Experience mentoring designers or working with regulated products.

• Nice-to-have: Background in government or defense-related projects.
