Senior UX Architect, Organizations

📋 Description

• Join our team as a UX Architect within the Organizations group, where you will have the opportunity to shape the structural experience of GitLab. This role involves defining foundational models, navigation systems, and an information architecture that spans our entire platform.

• Help simplify administration, enhance scalability, and improve the experience for large-scale organizations and their end users through this pivotal initiative.

• Define conceptual models and frameworks that support GitLab's expanding hierarchy, ensuring structural consistency and platform-wide scalability.

• Play a key role in defining the long-term vision for the Organizations experience, aligning system-level design with GitLab's strategic goals.

• Support a migration strategy that ensures a compelling transition towards the long-term vision.

• Work across various teams to align on a common framework, support feature migration, and ensure a cohesive experience for administrators and daily users.

• Your success in this role will require excellent product understanding, systems thinking, and the ability to influence decisions at scale.

• Create guidelines, best practices, and governance processes to guide future development and maintain long-term consistency.
