• Demonstrate proficiency in UX design within enterprise platforms like Salesforce, applying service design principles and systems thinking to enhance operational efficiency and content workflows.
• Have technical empathy, understanding core concepts like APIs, data models, and data governance, with experience designing for developers and technical staff.
• Showcase expertise in Information Architecture methods, strategic communication, research methods, prototyping, and familiarity with data visualization and AI integration.
