• Proven experience in strategic UX work within enterprise, life sciences, or high-tech R&D domains.
• Ability to lead a human-centered design process from discovery to impact evaluation independently or in collaboration with other designers.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative design research activities and facilitate co-design workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Skilled in rapid interactive prototyping using modern design tools like Figma.
• Strong understanding and application of accessibility standards in design such as WCAG and Section 508.
• Interest in responsible AI integration within design.
• Excellent visual communication and storytelling skills to convey design rationale effectively.
• Strategic ability to balance scope, speed, and quality for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborative, humble, and consultative mindset with a focus on teamwork and success.
• Experience in mentoring designers, service design, data visualization, or inclusive design is a plus.
