• We are in search of a Senior UX Designer who will play a pivotal role in shaping end-to-end user experiences for healthcare projects.
• Responsibilities include planning, conducting, and synthesizing user research through interviews, surveys, usability tests, and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product strategy, user goals, and business requirements.
• Lead the development of user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Miro.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Serve as the advocate for the user in cross-disciplinary collaborations.
• Must have 5+ years of dedicated UX experience, with a strong track record in a fast-paced agency environment.
• At least 3 years of experience working in a highly regulated industry such as pharma, finance, or government.
• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering complex, data-informed UX design solutions through a robust portfolio.
• Expertise in Figma and Miro at an advanced level.
• Proven ability to utilize research and analytics to validate design decisions and measure impact.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design rationale to non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of modern web technologies, responsive design, and accessibility standards like WCAG.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical medical communications.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, and Confluence is advantageous.
