• We are in search of a data-focused, customer-centric Senior UX Designer to oversee the entire user experience of Blueland’s eCommerce platform.
• Minimum 6 years of UX design experience, preferably in eCommerce or direct-to-consumer settings
• A portfolio showcasing user-centered strategies, clear design logic, and measurable results
• Proficient in UX research techniques, information architecture, interaction design, and responsive UI design
• Skilled in Figma (or similar tools)
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Capable of excelling in uncertainty, working autonomously, efficiently, and consistently in an agile setting
• Quick decision-making based on data for enhancing user experience
• Experience with agile practices (scrum), JIRA, and/or Asana is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or Human-Centered Interaction is a bonus
