• We are seeking a Senior UX Designer who is passionate about crafting accessible, intuitive, and impactful digital experiences. In this capacity, you will spearhead the development of user-centric solutions for our SaaS platform, collaborating across functions to ensure our products are not only visually appealing and user-friendly but also inclusive for all.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 6 years of UX design experience for enterprise software or web applications.

• Proficiency in utilizing industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.

• Showcase a robust portfolio highlighting UX strategy, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and designs prioritizing accessibility.

• Demonstrate the ability to elucidate the rationale behind design decisions effectively.

• Exhibit strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

• Display keen attention to detail, adept conceptual thinking, and adaptability.

• Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within teams.

• Experience working in an Agile environment.

• Familiarity with accessibility testing tools like Axe, Wave, or Lighthouse.

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Track record of delivering scalable, elegantly segmented designs that can be incrementally released, replicated across features, and resized as per product requirements.

• Expertise in responsive design and mobile-centric design.

• Previous involvement in academic administration, research administration, or on a research team.
