• Create comprehensive user experiences for Chainguard products, from inception to launch and beyond
• Simplify intricate technical systems (CI/CD, containers, supply chain security) into user-friendly workflows
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to deliver features rapidly and incrementally
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web applications
• Enhance the usability and performance of information-heavy interfaces (large datasets, dependencies, logs, etc.)
• Define and enhance design patterns and systems throughout the product range
• Integrate AI-driven processes into product experiences as applicable
• Gather and integrate user feedback directly from customers and end users to enhance the experience continuously
• Proactively communicate speculative ideas into viable solutions
• Minimum 8 years of UX/Product Design experience
• Proficiency in designing web applications at a large scale
• Impressive portfolio showcasing: complex workflows, data-rich interfaces, user-centric approach, and holistic product thinking
• Experience in designing for developer tools, APIs/platforms, and infrastructure or security products
• Experience in designing interactions between AI systems and users
• Proficient in modern design tools (Figma, etc.)
• Familiarity with design systems (e.g., Material UI or similar)
• Skilled in gathering feedback from users
• Knowledge of Design Sprint and Agile development, with a bonus for leading design sprints resulting in product launches
