• Bachelor's degree in a UX-related field or equivalent certification/experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in UX or Product Design, preferably in B2B software.
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Detail-oriented with a hands-on mentality.
• Ability to dive into complex problems and environments.
• Proficiency in conducting user interviews and usability tests in German and English.
• Familiarity with design and whiteboarding tools like Figma, Balsamiq, and Figjam.
• Experience in shaping and evolving design systems.
• Nice to have: Experience working in a SCRUM environment with Jira.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with LimeSurvey or similar online survey tools.
