Senior UX Designer

📋 Description

• Lead the delivery of experience designs, working closely with product managers and engineers to ensure desirability, feasibility, and viability

• Develop user flows, site maps, and wireframes to communicate experience design concepts effectively

• Stay updated on industry trends and product insights; collaborate with UX research for continuous enhancement

• Guide and motivate Product Design team members, fostering a culture of creativity

• Create high-fidelity UI designs and implement end-to-end insight-driven experiences across the UX spectrum

• Engage stakeholders by presenting design concepts and strategies grounded in research and insights

• Enhance the design system and pattern library, providing solutions for a vast user base in the scientific field

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a UX or Product Designer

• Ideally a bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Fine Art, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or relevant field, or equivalent practical experience

• Impressive portfolio showcasing design process and high-fidelity products

• Proficient in Figma, including design system components, variables, and properties

• Experience in project management, delivering complex projects with cross-functional teams

• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and methodologies

• Proficiency in Information Architecture, creating site maps, user flows, wireframes, and navigation systems

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (preferred)

• Experience building interactive prototypes in Figma (preferred)

• Familiarity with Chromatic and/or Storybook (preferred)

• Knowledge of digital accessibility standards and regulations (preferred)

• Understanding of content strategy (preferred)
