• Responsible for overseeing the UX design of player-facing features, including creating wireframes, flows, and prototypes
• Develop wireframes and interactive Figma prototypes for game systems, menus, and in-game shop experiences
• Design a consistent and unified UX for gamepad and mouse/keyboard interfaces
• Create scalable information architecture frameworks for implementation by engineers and polishing by artists
• Manage and promote the use of the Figma component library
• Collaborate with various teams to define project goals and enhance existing features
• Iterate designs based on feedback, playtests, and implementation constraints
• Minimum 5 years of UX design experience in released games, preferably AAA/high-complexity titles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of UX design in released projects
• Proficient in using Figma for design components, layouts, and prototyping
• Knowledgeable about best practices for gamepad and mouse/keyboard UX in games
• Familiarity with console certification processes and their UX implications
• Experience in designing complex RPG gameplay systems UI and in-game shop experiences
• Strong understanding of layout, visual hierarchy, spacing, and usability principles
• Comfortable making decisions, refining design requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment
