• Lead the conceptualization of top-notch, user-centric solutions for client projects, ensuring they not only meet but surpass client expectations.
• Take charge of all design deliverables from start to finish, encompassing research, wireframes, sitemaps, prototypes, and final products.
• Effectively communicate and showcase user experience research, strategies, and solutions to clients, actively seeking feedback and making necessary revisions.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and strategists to guarantee seamless and practical design executions.
• Ensure that all user experience outcomes comply with the agency's standards, including accessibility and usability criteria.
• Possess at least 6 years of experience in digital design, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior position.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of visual and interaction design principles and best practices.
• Showcase exceptional facilitation, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Figma and FigJam/Mural design tools is a must.
• Familiarity with using Jira for task management is preferred.
• Skilled in planning, executing, and assessing various user research methodologies, such as surveys, card sorting, tree testing, and usability testing. Experience with Optimal Workshop is a plus.
• Ability to undergo a Federal background check and obtain Public Trust clearance.
