• The Senior UX/Product Designer will be pivotal in creating comprehensive user experiences that address business challenges through research-driven design solutions.
• This role centers on the entire product design process, from user research and issue identification to interaction design and visual design.
• The designer will orchestrate cohesive product experiences, ensuring coherence across all touchpoints while harmonizing user requirements with business goals.
• Collaboration with diverse teams is essential to translate intricate needs into user-friendly, accessible, and valuable product features.
• Proficiency in advanced or native English
• Strong analytical abilities to transform research findings into product strategies
• Expertise in user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and usability testing
• Familiarity with product conceptualization and feature prioritization
• Capability to reconcile user needs with business objectives
• Collaborative approach to effectively engage with product, engineering, and stakeholder teams
• Exceptional communication skills for articulating design choices and justifications
• High level of empathy and advocacy for users
• Self-driven with robust problem-solving skills
• +6 years of experience in UX/Product Design or related roles
• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and other UX & prototyping software
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design processes and outcomes
