Senior UX Designer

📋 Description

• Take the lead in designing digital products, marketing emails, internal communications, and other digital materials that reflect our brand identity and are driven by business outcomes and customer insights.

• Innovatively advance our design practices by cultivating fresh ideas from concept to implementation in collaboration with fellow creatives.

• Cultivate a culture of constructive design feedback and continuous learning through active participation in cross-functional design evaluations.

• Collaborate with Product owners to grasp business requirements.

• Utilize existing data and customer behavior trends to shape UX recommendations.

• Analyze customer research insights and usability findings to address current challenges and guide strategic and creative directions, including user research, testing, and journey mapping for actionable recommendations.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, conduct user testing, and document UX design proposals.

• Deliver strategic UX recommendations confidently through presentations.

• Coordinate with the technical team to implement UI solutions aligned with the vision and specifications.

• Identify and implement UX enhancements in current products/platforms.

• Thrive in a dynamic environment, continuously refining the creative process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• Minimum 5 years of relevant UX/UI design experience

• Impressive portfolio showcasing end-to-end solutions in a complex business setting, preferably in healthcare or insurance services

• Hands-on experience leading teams and stakeholders in UX strategies

• Ability to articulate goals and UX decisions supported by data and research

• Proficiency in interpreting and extending brand guidelines for creative assets

• Background in ad agency or corporate environment, with knowledge of digital technologies and trends

• Demonstrated ability in producing UX designs aligned with business strategy

• Experience in user testing and prototyping

• Familiarity with UX tools like Sketch, Invision, Figma, Adobe, and UserZoom
