📋 Description

• Take ownership of the UX strategy and implementation for a specific product area, covering all aspects from start to finish.

• Transform intricate business and technical objectives into user-centered design solutions.

• Guide design choices through iterative processes, data-driven insights, and alignment with agile development cycles.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, front-end developers, and data scientists to deliver adaptable, scalable, and easily implementable solutions.

• Act as the primary Figma expert, constructing top-notch components and managing a design system utilizing auto-layout, tokens, and shared variables.

• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure a smooth design-to-development transition, emphasizing implementation-friendly design structures.

• Coordinate with dedicated research and data science teams to integrate qualitative and quantitative user feedback into design decisions.

• Design interfaces for data-heavy, B2B applications such as dashboards, campaign metrics, and performance reporting tools.

• Stay informed about social trends, marketing processes, and influencer ecosystems to drive product enhancements.

• Lead and collaborate with fellow designers to ensure consistent execution across joint projects.


⛳️ Requirements

• Preferably have 6+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with a strong emphasis on B2B environments.

• Demonstrated success in navigating complex product landscapes and solving usability challenges.

• Proven ability to break down large, vague projects into manageable phases and see them through to successful completion.

• Proficient in Figma with a deep understanding of best practices for component-based, implementation-ready designs.

• Effective collaborator with experience in cross-functional product teams.

• Familiarity with marketing processes, influencer ecosystems, and social data analysis.

• Skilled in designing and expanding data-driven dashboards and reporting interfaces.

• Comfortable leading in a dynamic, agile environment.

• Strong verbal and visual communicator capable of articulating and defending their work clearly.
