•Position Overview:

•As a UX Designer at Maven AGI, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive, engaging, and seamless user experiences for our AI products and solutions.

•You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design user interfaces that meet user needs and align with our business objectives.

•What You’ll Do:

•Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to guide the design process.

•Design and develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

•Apply design frameworks and methodologies to create cohesive and scalable user experiences.

•Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.

•Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.

•Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and AI technologies.

•Advocate for user-centric design principles within the organization.

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

•Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, preferably within the tech industry.

•Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and user-centered design solutions, including high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.

•Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

•Excellent understanding of user experience principles, design frameworks, and best practices.

•Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.

•Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and persuasively.

•Experience with AI products and technologies is a plus.
