Senior UX Designer

📋 Description

• Responsible for leading the UX phase of projects

• Contribute to overall project strategy

• Collaborate with clients, project managers, UI designers, and developers to deliver effective websites and apps

• Lead stakeholder workshops and conversations with clients

• Perform user research and interpret results

• Perform usability audits of existing websites and apps

• Diagram user flows, build sitemaps, and define information architecture

• Use Figma to wireframe pages, screens, features, and flows

• Lead client presentations and facilitate feedback

• Document functionality for designers, developers, and clients

• Collaborate with project managers to define project plans and timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Deep fluency and practical knowledge of usability best practices

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

• An ability to command a conversation and lead stakeholders through decisions

• Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles and WCAG guidelines, and their impact on usability and user interfaces

• Strong mentorship and leadership skills

• Expert knowledge in Figma and comfortable using all of the tool's features

• Experience with leading complex enterprise-level projects and crafting interfaces for both websites and apps

• Leading presentations, workshops, exercises, etc.

• Facilitating feedback, asking good questions, and driving consensus

• User research and user testing methods

• Communicating complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
