Senior UX Designer

📋 Description

• As a Sr. UX Designer, you will work closely with product and engineering teams to uncover user and business needs, translating them into delightful and intuitive user-centered design solutions.

• This role will be working on our internal-facing product supporting all team members at Second Nature with data management, surfacing high priority tasks and helping to improve workflow efficiencies using AI.

• The ideal candidate is someone with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, an eye for detail and is driven to make a large impact at a fast growing startup.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in product design or UX

• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma

• Experience designing in an agile development environment

• Working experience in the application of Conversational AI

• Comfortable utilizing AI

• Understanding and advocating for accessibility in design

• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing

• Strong user empathy, with a passion for how your designs will impact them

• A problem solver who is hungry to learn and grow outside of your comfort zone

• Ability to effectively present and justify design decisions
