Senior UX Designer

📋 Description

• Spearhead the development and advancement of user experiences throughout TradeCentric products, blending strategic initiatives with tactical enhancements.

• Define target personas and journeys aligned with business and product objectives.

• Embrace an AI-first approach in design, envisioning how intelligent recommendations, co-pilots, agents, and assistive interactions can elevate user workflows.

• Effectively utilize AI tools to expedite the design process.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to grasp user requirements, product needs, and business goals.

• Simplify intricate business and technical processes into user-friendly and intuitive design solutions.

• Conduct or support user research and usability testing to guide design choices.

• Iterate on designs, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.

• Clearly present design concepts and reasoning, articulating the narrative behind design decisions based on user objectives, context, and results.

• Work alongside Engineering to ensure designs are well-understood, viable, and executed with excellence.

• Offer design guidance on secondary projects.

• Establish and uphold consistent design standards, patterns, and usability principles across TradeCentric products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of UX design experience, with a robust portfolio demonstrating user-centered design for streamlining workflows in complex applications.

• Proven expertise in simplifying complex technical domains into user-friendly self-service interfaces.

• Proficiency in Figma for developing and managing design systems, prototypes, and specifications.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, capable of delivering across multiple design projects.

• Excellent collaboration skills and experience collaborating with Product Management and Engineering teams.

• Strong storytelling and presentation skills, able to articulate user issues, workflows, and design rationale convincingly.

• Track record of influencing product direction and roadmap.

• Data-driven, with the ability to define and measure UX success through metrics.

• Experience designing for both business and technical user personas.

• Passion for clean, simple, and intuitive design.

• Demonstrated experience integrating AI into user experiences, such as designing AI assistants, recommendations, or adaptive workflows.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Midjourney) and preference for vibe coding experience (e.g., Lovable, v0).
