Senior UX Designer

📋 Description

• Take the lead in end-to-end product design for the Investor Applications team, covering the entire process from discovery to production

• Influence product design strategy through thorough analysis and synthesis of customer needs

• Conduct user research to enhance understanding of user personas and identify valuable opportunities

• Develop interactive prototypes and high-fidelity artifacts that can be implemented by engineering

• Organize and execute usability tests, making rapid iterations on solutions

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data/research analysts across functions

• Drive projects from inception to completion, advocating for the importance of user research and design

• Lead a comprehensive design revamp to enable institutional investors to swiftly act on alternative data and insights

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product design, particularly in the financial services sector

• Knowledge of financial markets and the processes of institutional buy-side participants

• Strong communication and presentation abilities

• Proficient in design and prototyping tools like Figma

• Exceptional user research skills and the capability to translate research outcomes into practical design solutions

• Comfortable operating in a dynamic startup setting

• Experience with AI tools is a plus

• Must be eligible to work in the country without requiring visa sponsorship
