•Possess at least 5 years of experience leading product teams specializing in internal digital products.

•Showcase design expertise in crafting end-to-end user flows using tools like Figma, with the ability to convey ideas clearly through mock-ups and prototypes.

•Prioritize the user experience by applying user-centric design principles to create intuitive interfaces.
•Be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills, willing to voice opinions backed by data.
