• Take the lead on UX strategy and implementation across various product areas, from initial discovery to final delivery
• Transform business objectives, user requirements, and technical limitations into well-thought-out design solutions
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to guide design choices effectively
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that illustrate interaction patterns and system behavior
• Collaborate with product managers, sales, and operations to define requirements, establish success metrics, and prioritize features
• Ensure high-quality implementation and maintain design coherence throughout the development process by working closely with the engineering team
• Contribute to enhancing our design system, promoting consistency and scalability across the platform
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and foster a culture of continuous enhancement
• Must have 5 - 8 years of experience in UX or product design, with a minimum of 4 years in a SaaS environment
• Showcase a portfolio highlighting strong interaction design, systems thinking, and end-to-end product design
• Demonstrate the ability to simplify complexity into clear, intuitive, user-friendly experiences
• Proficient in modern design tools like Figma and various prototyping methods
• Capable of balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility effectively
• Possess excellent communication skills and the capacity to influence decisions across different teams
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, iterative product settings
• Experience with design systems management or contribution is advantageous
