• Take the lead in the complete design process for advanced AI-driven clinical interfaces, covering everything from initial exploration to prototyping to final delivery
• Develop user-friendly workflows and data presentations to streamline in-depth clinical record analysis
• Design versatile UX components that can be applied across the entire product range
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and clinical specialists in dynamic product teams
• Contribute to the enhancement of our expanding design system
• Conduct user-friendly testing and incorporate feedback promptly
• Transform vague product opportunities into clear, actionable UX tasks
• Utilize Figma for frequent and efficient prototyping, testing, and iteration
• Base decisions on real user insights, team feedback, and product performance data
• Clearly present and communicate design rationale in design reviews and team dialogues
• Minimum of 5 years of UX/product design experience, including at least 2 years focusing on end-to-end product areas
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare or healthtech, with preference for RCM, EHR, billing, charting, or transcription tools
• Demonstrated success in designing for expert users and data-intensive workflows
• Background in complex B2B product design, particularly in regulated or high-stakes settings
• Strong skills in visual and interaction design, with an ability to simplify complexity
• Proactive approach, capable of driving progress and outcomes in uncertain or rapidly changing environments
• Ability to form strong product viewpoints and substantiate them with clarity and evidence
• Experience in lean product discovery and usability validation
• Comfortable collaborating directly with engineers and delivering in agile or hybrid product setups
