• Seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer – Backoffice Specialist to create and enhance user-friendly, scalable, and data-driven interfaces for internal backoffice platforms, with a focus on e-commerce tools and AI-driven workflows.
• Responsible for leading the UX/UI design of internal tools supporting operations, marketing, logistics, and AI integration to ensure optimal usability, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Proficient in Figma, including Variants, Auto Layout, and Dev Mode documentation.
• Knowledgeable in utilizing Design System extensions (not starting from scratch) and experience with AI prototyping tools for rapid design iterations.
• Demonstrated track record of enhancing internal tools or operational UIs through user-centric design approaches.
• Skilled in conducting remote UX Research methods such as interviews, usability testing, and synthesis.
• Strong attention to detail, capable of balancing speed and precision in a dynamic setting.
