Senior UX/UI Designer

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee Customer Journey Maps (CJMs)

• Propose creative solutions to key stakeholders

• Collaborate with design team and mentor junior staff

• Create UX and UI components

• Coordinate closely with user research team for insights integration

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior Product (UX/UI) Designer

• Proficiency in crafting CJMs, JTBD, and utilizing segmentation frameworks

• Excellent presentation abilities and storytelling expertise

• Strong understanding of UX design processes in an agile setting

• Capability to independently conduct user research and usability tests

• Fluency in English; knowledge of German and other languages is advantageous
