Senior UX/UI Designer

📋 Description

• Conduct client workshops including discovery, prioritization, and user testing to make informed decisions

• Present design work convincingly to executives and various teams, providing rationale behind design choices and trade-offs

• Perform research activities such as interviews, usability tests, surveys, and IA evaluations, translating findings into actionable insights

• Develop information architecture through navigation, sitemaps, and taxonomy, validating with card/tree testing

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems while considering accessibility standards

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineering to refine scope and deliver high-quality experiences

• Utilize AI tools responsibly for research synthesis, design variations, and feedback analysis

• Measure impact using defined success criteria like task success and conversion rates

• Lead and contribute to design outcomes by framing problems, facilitating discovery, and presenting recommendations

• Senior UX designer with strong UI skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with a focus on influencing decisions effectively

• Consulting mindset with empathy, ability to reframe requests, and align stakeholders

• Proficient in facilitating discovery sessions, user-testing workshops, and critiquing sessions

• Extensive experience in UX design, information architecture, and research methodologies

• Skilled in tools like Figma, Adobe CC, and testing platforms like Optimal Workshop

• Familiarity with AI applications for research and design while upholding privacy and ethical standards

• Client-facing experience in problem-framing, presenting recommendations, and collaborating with teams

• Ability to justify design decisions to stakeholders and collaborate effectively with Project Managers and Engineering

• Asset: mentoring experience with junior team members
