• Outliant is a remote, US-based company specializing in digital product development and startup consulting.
• We are looking for a full-time Senior UX/UI Designer (Marketing-Focused) to join our team and enhance user experiences across our projects.
• As the Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for marketing landing pages, advertisements, and branding initiatives.
• This role requires some overlap with EST working hours for candidates outside the EST time zone.
• Have at least 5 years of design experience, ideally in a B2B setting such as agency, tech, or freelance work. Startup agency background is advantageous.
• Possess expertise in graphic design, including a strong grasp of design principles, typography, and color theory. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools is essential.
• Excel in creating scalable UI designs for desktop and mobile platforms using Figma and Adobe Suite.
• Demonstrate advanced skills in web design, understanding user interfaces, user experience principles, and creating visually appealing websites.
• Strong organizational skills for team-wide systemic design, covering components, typography, colors, grids, and margins.
• Take ownership, solve problems independently, and strive for project success.
• Effective in team and client communication, presenting research and design concepts clearly.
• Showcase a diverse portfolio of work in both print and digital mediums.
• Experience with Figma and Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop is a bonus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
