Senior UX/UI Designer

📋 Description

• Transform Business Analyst requirements into user flows, wireframes, and sleek UI designs.

• Develop design assets like journey maps, information architecture, prototypes, and design specifications.

• Generate and update process and architecture diagrams utilizing diagramming tools.

• Manage component libraries/design systems with up-to-date design tools.

• Collaborate with Tech Lead and developers to ensure feasible, accurate implementation, and design quality assurance.

• Document design reasoning, accessibility considerations, and unique cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of UI/UX design experience in software or IT settings.

• Proficient with modern design and diagramming tools (Figma/Lucidchart or equivalent).

• Portfolio showcasing user-centered design for web and/or mobile applications.

• Familiarity with UX methods (IA, flows, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing).

• Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and consistent UI patterns.

• Experience collaborating within agile/scrum teams.

• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
