Staff Product Designer - UX/UI

📋 Description

• Lead the design, prototyping, and evaluation of Northbeam’s products to enhance usability and adoptability.

• Create robust and elegant solutions that rival the world’s best user-centered platforms.

• Utilize excellent UX and UI skills to design B2B products and collaborate with clients to understand their requirements.

• Work with a cross-functional team to conceptualize, design, develop, deliver, and iterate on projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 5+ years of relevant product design experience.

• Demonstrate strategic, conceptual, and visual excellence in handling complex, data-heavy interfaces through a professional portfolio.

• Have expert-level knowledge of design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

• Ability to balance business goals with customer needs in designing enterprise-grade products.

• Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts and deliver seamless user experiences.

• Experience in validating assumptions, refining based on feedback, and driving implementation of UX and UI prototypes.

• Preferably have experience in marketing, advertising, or eCommerce.
