Staff UX Designer

📋 Description

• Mediafly is the leading revenue enablement platform market-facing teams use to plan, predict, coach, and engage at the highest levels.

• We are seeking a Staff User Experience (UX) Designer to play a critical role in designing and improving the user experience across our SaaS platform.

• This role focuses on advanced UX research, strong design execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional, user-centered outcomes.

• You will contribute to key projects, help maintain our design standards, and work to solve complex user challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field preferred.

• 5-6+ years of UX design experience, including 2+ years at a senior level.

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX design, information architecture, and user research.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Advanced knowledge of usability and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and inclusive design principles.

• Proven ability to lead design initiatives for complex SaaS platforms, preferably in a B2B environment.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

• Experience working in Agile or Lean environments.

• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, FullStory) to inform design strategies.

• Working knowledge of CSS/HTML is a plus but not required.
