• Minimum 8 years of experience in research methods influencing product direction and experience design
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in technology sectors like ticketing, event management, Digital CRM, or Ecomm platforms
• Proficiency in behavioral design, systems design, and storytelling
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect execution
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve challenges in live experiences
• Innovative mindset, excelling in uncertainty while delivering with focus and quality
• Available for at least 4 hours overlap with 9:30–5:30 ET workday
