• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to develop user-friendly experiences for our Cancer and Expert Second Opinion services
• Transform user needs into intuitive designs for our products by collaborating with various teams
• Validate designs throughout the development process to ensure a polished end product
• Create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes using AI to enhance the user experience on mobile and web applications
• Conduct regular research and usability tests to gather feedback and improve designs
• Collaborate with agile teams to align design efforts with product strategy
• Foster a positive team culture and tackle challenges with determination
• Implement visual design elements and contribute to design systems
• Preferably a Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Background in the healthcare industry
• Minimum of 7 years designing top-tier applications with a strong portfolio
• Proficient in research methods and presenting design decisions effectively
• Skilled in design software like Figma, FigmaMake, and Claude
• Strong team player with excellent visual design skills
